Had some issues with my custom build and Jordan took great care of me! He spent the time figuring out the problem which was very difficult as I spent a week on it myself and he did it extremely efficiently and once I received the parts I had my computer back in two days! I had some challenges with one of my peripheral drives and Brian worked with me for 20 minutes trying to reconcile the challenge 10 of which was after hours. His support, technical expertise and recommendations were fantastic. I’ve Added them to my business contacts for any future project developments.

Okay, so after we spilled water on our business computer that we use for well...BUSINESS!!, we were freaking out and could not imagine the effort we might have to go through to back in the game. Went over to Best Buy and they said, "we can't help, but we can send it out" which would take days and cashhhhh. So I did a simple Google search and decided to give CTS a call. They answered the phone after hours, and said come in around 11AM tomorrow. Brian met me there, opened up my Macbook Air on the spot, pulled the hard drive in less than 5 minutes and within 15 minutes (while I was waiting) determined we could transfer info onto another piece of hardware. So I went out bought a computer, brought it back to him and in less than 2 hours we were cloned and good to go!. Okay so if you didn't catch that, I went in at around 11:00AM with a big problem. Dropped off then picked up my new machine by 2:30 and I am now leaving this review on a new computer with all my data restored to it. Thanks Brian!!!!

I want to thank Mark for his services once again, was having some printer issues. He showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem and had me up and running immediately. I would highly recommend him for your tech needs.

Super friendly and gives you good information. Prices are reasonable. I will go for any computer issue I have from now on.
